Chunky Chilli Wraps

Once you are prepped, this spicy dish only takes about 10 minutes to cook, so it's perfect for casual last-minute entertaining.

The recipe is adapted from More One-Pot Dishes by BBC Good Food.

Spicy Lamb Gözleme with Special Tomato Dip

Gözleme is a savoury traditional Turkish flatbread, made of hand-rolled dough that is lightly brushed with butter and eggs, filled with various toppings, sealed, and cooked over a griddle.

The name derives from the Turkish word göz meaning "compartment", in reference to the pocket of dough in which the various toppings are sealed and cooked.

Perfect with a tangy tomato dip, that is also included in the recipe.

This recipe is adapted from BBC Good Food Bakes&Cakes Magazine (Spring 2015).

Chicken and Bean Chimichangas

Chimichangas are a sort of tortilla wraps, common on street stalls along the Mexican border with Texas. For the original chimichangas they use tomatillos (Mexican Husk tomato) and chipotle chillies (a spicy, dry smoked chilli). But for this recipe I replaced exotic tomatillos with easy to get semi-dried tomatoes and used ready made chipotle chilli paste.

This recipe is taken from "Chicken: over 400 fabulous recipes for all occasions".
